At Cuttles Dog Grooming we have a 24 hour cancellation policy with the exception of one warning. Same day cancellation and no-shows are subject to a $30 fee that will need to be paid before booking your next grooming appointment. A late fee of $15 will be applied to your groom if you show up past the grace period of 15 minutes. Depending on our schedule you may need to reschedule your grooming appointment.
