Question: How long does grooming take?

Answer: Most grooming services take 3-4 hours. We will call you when your pet is ready to come home.

Question: Do we have to leave our dog all day?

Answer: No, you don't. We book by appointment. However, if you wish to, we do offer fast service option (1-2 hours) where your dog is in and out for an additional $10.

 

Question: Do you sedate the dogs?

 

Answer: No. All grooming is done without any sedatives.

 

Question: What vaccinations do you require?

Answer: We require all dogs to be up-to-date on their vaccinations including bordetella. We also require all dogs to be on parasite control/preventive medication. A copy of your dog's vaccinations is required for your first visit.

 

Question: How often do I need to get my dog groomed?

Answer: Every 3-4 weeks for medium and long coated breeds, 4-6 weeks for short hair breeds.

 

Question: Are the dogs crated?

Answer: Yes we do crate the dogs that are here for grooming but we can offer an express service.

 

Question: Can you brush my dog's teeth?

Answer: Yes, we do offer the option of brushing your dog's teeth for an extra $10.

 

Question: Do you groom cats?

​Answer: No, we do not offer grooming services for cats.
